[help] Can't sign up Elbitz

I was trying to sign up elbitz http://elbitz.net/signup.php, but always getting error and no confirmation email went to my inbox, anyone knows what's happening, thanks for hep.

I actually had a similar problem with them, it took a few trys of resigning up...and it eventually went through. I would try a different email though.
