Ok, i know its sort of pointless seeing as theres no chance of me getting an account but what are the URLs of these high level trackers like FTN and FSC or is that some sort of secret information reseved for the elite?

These URLs are not shared. Said communities' members don't want people knowing the place even exists, let alone the URL. These are very private trackers that you may not even want to bother trying to get into.

A lot of the high level sites also disguise there front page so even if you do stumble upon it you might not even notice it.
