Rename the Games forum and create a Computer/video Games forum

The Games forum is currently only exist as a place to SPAM.
It was opened for FORUM Games and not for discussions about computer/video games.
As you can see because of all the computer/video game thread there, many people (like me) only read "Games" and think it's the place for such topics.

I think this is quite confusing and so i suggest:

Rename the "Games" forum to "Spam and Forum Games"

Create a new Forum called "Computer and Video Games"
(if you don't want a new forum you could make it a subforum in Computer hardware+software)

seems like a good idea, especially since the current threads in that forum are so diverse. Some are actual serious discussion about games, while others are "forum games"...well spam.
A clear distinction between the two would be nice.
