c'mon guys...this is all old news. This sort of news was mentioned last year in 2007....back in november or december
It doesn't surprise me to see stuff like that. The oink admin warned against stuff like that.

I'm pretty sure when they returned OiNK's servers they were all swiped clean, so if they brought OiNK back online I'm pretty sure it would be a brand new site, just like in demonoid's case.
