I think it's in the signature itself, made as a gif animation from the start. Not sure though..

Check out my sig...click on it to go to the website...i think its ubanimator.com ...its dont by compiling many user bars and adding the effect of ur choice :)

Any problem with userbars i think i may be able to help u out. userbars.net has userbars and u can google it if u cant find wat u want there...and click on my sig if u want to animate upto 10 userbars of urs like mine:)

Userbars for just about every site you can think of, including some less popular ones are at the site above. You can even make requests, like I did for TDC power user :D
