Constantly open trackers sticky thread

I checked to see if there is a thread started for this and I didn't see one so I figured i would start one. Could we have a sticky thread and have it be for all the private trackers that are open all the time, or nearly all the time. I notice members that have threads started in the open tracker area and seem to have many of the same open trackers. I think the open sign up area should be for private trackers that are not open all the time or often. Sites like PIsexy could be there because they are closed more now than before, where as sites like Midnight-Torrents are always open it seems or Bitshock or ToxicTorrents, but people seem to start new threads weekly with these sites in them. It seems like a good way to stop all the threads like this and make getting rep in that area a bit harder too. It may help also to have good threads started there for sites that are not open constantly.

What are some opinions on this?

I agree. I've been using http://www.btracs.com/index.htm for the last couple months and the same trackers are open either constantly or every couple days. In the short time I've been here, I've noticed that the same trackers on the website are also the same trackers on the open tracker forum. I think that sticky is a great idea.

I like the idea, but I see it ending up a thread with 1000 post or something, because everybody seems to think they need to add 'nice post, thanks' or something stupid. Well maybe not, I could try to help if you need it.

open area does seem to get about 5 posts about the same torrent site opening, a thread would be better and make it so that people can only add new open site and not to have anything else so its simple

It can be sticky thread and closed. I have a list started over at File Hoard about this topic so it wouldn't be hard to copy it here. There are plenty more that can be added and if someone on the staff wouldn't mind adding new sites to it or other sites I think it could work. Someone would just have to look over it to make sure it stays updated like once a week or every other week. That way it doesn't get posts in it and it is easy to find. If someone on the staff would like the list I made up to start off with I would be glad to PM the list to them.

Maybe you should just get it started yourself then pm the staff to sticky it?

I did one over at File Hoard. If someone on the staff here likes the idea and how it looks on File Hoard then I will PM them. I am not going to just start PMing staff to try and have this happen. That is why there is the suggestion area here.

Maybe you would have better luck if you did it like we do. A mod posts the unique open trackers that no one is willing to look for (other than copy/paste, of course) and another thread where people can spam the same B$ trackers over and over again until their heart is content.

If a Mod or someone would approve of this I can PM then a list of sites and when more can be added than members can PM the staff to add more when needed if they approve new sites to be added if that sounds good.

Um, I want to make a list of private trackers that are always open sign ups or for the most part are constantly open so the open sign up trackers area here wouldn't have so much clutter with the same sites being open. The open sign up area should be for the sites that are not always open and open sometimes, examples are places like RevTT or even when Underground-Gamer or Bitgamer or even right now as of this post how PTP is open. Not for people to be posting how Nordic-T, Midnight-Torrents, Toxic Torrents, All4nothin, or ILoveTorrents and sites like that. There just seems to be only 1 good thread for every 12-15 threads that has something new to offer or something that just opened sign ups.

The site that all the dumba$$'s are copy/ pasting the whole frickin page from (http://filesharefreak.com/), and will be spamming all OSU threads, one after another, every day...
...the thread has become too much spam for me to scroll through. These types of posts belong in Tracker Reviews.
