I was curious if a thread would be useful that listed the registration cap on the more popular, harder to get in, sites.

That way people could periodically check in to see how close they are to opening up registration for those sites.

Of course there doesn't seem to be any delay on when a site opens up and when someone posts that it is open.

Just a thought.

For instance if TL allows 40k people and they've pruned down to 40,020, you could hope they'd be close to opening up registration. Sometimes it is only open for like an hour or so, rather quick. But you would have no idea of that if you didn't know they had a 40k cap.

My follow up to that was that it seems that people are all over when a site opens up and post that knowledge rather quickly so maybe my idea is moot.

well..actually i do not find it a bad idea!

but even if it is that bad, it would be nice to create a list with trackers and their "maximum capacities"!

I'm sure that harder to get in sites won't have a open reg, unless it's a special occasion or something live revTT's good will weekend
