Before the forum starts the flame war, let me explain.

You see, I have been browsing the open signups lately (thevault.bz FTW), and have come to realize something.
It's pretty hard to determine if an open tracker is a higher 'level' or lower 'level'.

I propose that we setup some sort of script that tells us when a tracker is open and (EXCLUSIVE) actually gives us the level of the tracker. (And how long has it been since the last time it was open)
This would help us by saving our poor mouses from the abuse of clicking one tab for the level, 'CTRL+F' search if tracker is open etc.

I know that we are an invite giveaway site; but this would at least prevent us from giving away invites on the SAME DAY that the tracker is open. (It happens)

And make it so only this forum can access it (We don't want FST getting their hands on something like that, could you imagine teh n00bs)

Also, not only can the script notify us, but users can also post if there are other open trackers that are not on the script (E.g more private ones or newer ones)

(I know that there will be guys who live and breathe invites instead of open trackers registering, but at least it would reduce the number of people just joining the forum to go like "Hi I wantz haZ DemonOIDSZ BWAH!!!", or the more common "FTN U*-T E***O PLZ")

P.S Maybe have like a minimum 15 posts and 10 days before they can access it, And where's that pruning?

P.S.S And google spidering and what powers our forums information (We don't need everyone know that we use vBulletin® Version 3.8.2 so that exploit spiders crawl it)

FINALLY, maybe an RSS feed and/or an auto-emailer when Level 3+ trackers are open?

There we go, another thing that Torrent Invite® can be ahead of the rest in :)

I cant see any reasoning against this. The main stumbling block would seem to be somebody needs to actually code this, being new here i'm not sure if there is a resident coder?

I would reason against it simply because I don't see the need for this. The only thing tracker levels tell you is how hard it is to get the invite. So there's no point in actually looking at tracker levels and just registering because of that. You should look at the content that's offered at the place. So if you know what site you're looking for open sign ups you can use this site Tracker Checker (http://www.trackerchecker.org/)
This is just my opinion, don't mean to offend anyone here. :)

You make a good point, but don't you think that high level tracker's inherently hold a greater appeal as open sign-ups are less common?

Hmm, nothing stopping us from fusing the reviews on the site with the torrent checker :)

Also, we could what the site specializes in as well (Nothing really stopping us)
And those "extra-private" sites would naturally not be included (E**** and U*-T)but they don't have open signups anyways. (I think)

As for coding, maybe hire a programmer, or if anyone wants, take any PHP code already available and recoding it?

This may come off mean!! But Xdemi are u serious??? 95% OF THE REASON FOR TRACKER LEVELS IS FOR TRADERS AND THE OTHER 5% IS FOR EXCLUSIVITY. Phoneix said it so perfectly!!

So in my opinion why would u need this and as he says there is a tracker checker, plus if u are active in this community or any community like this u canget anything u want anyways by just being a good friend and being active and helping out.
