View Full Version : whats the best application and easiest to use for ogm files??

hello i downloaded a big file and its all ogm files. Usually i avoid these files with ogm but this file i had to download..:) So im looking for the best app to convert it so ican watch it on my tv and easiest to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!:D

sure you _need_ to convert them? They're usualy coded in divx with dual sound and subs. Try burning them to an RW disc, n' see what happens. It's a damn mess fixing ogm to avi, due to the dual sound and subs.

Cant You just drag video (maybe audio) cables from the computer to the TV and use VLC instead or new version of BSPlayer.

Media Player Classic for everything! Use the latest stable version by guikeverli. Don't use the new builds by clsid2 since they're unstable. For codec, use FFDshow-tryouts + CoreAVC.

VLC runs ogm fine.
Also, you can try alltoavi, which converts ogms to avis.
