Open Signup Torrents

i understand that new trackers should be promoted..
the same also applies to those who are smal etc..

but i think that the category "Open Signup Torrents"
should only be used for trackers that open signups from time to time and are quite respectable..;)


in my opinion, there is absolutely NO point in publishing trackers there, that have open signups anyway...What is that?reminding us the existence of other trackers?we all know that there are hundren of open trackers out there..

those trackers, along with other new ones and trackers that we want to promote(because we think the worth it), should be posted in a new category.
At least i suggest creating one!:cool:


Let keep things clean..And don't full the "Open Signup Torrents" forum with almost unknown etc trackers..

I think now is ok because this category is not been created for only experimentated members is for the new members as well :) and for al lot of them thouse trackers with almoust free signup anyway can be a good alternative for the begining but your idea is good as well ;)

I think this is how the "Open signup torrents" sections was intented to work in the first place. But this could be helpful for some users, because maybe there are some trackers which have open signups all the time and they don't know about them so they check it out, maybe they like them

well..i don't think so..i believe that this section was intented to be a place where a member would inform other about a tracker that opened its closed sign-ups..so they can register..

for what you are talking about a simple tracker list would be fine.
we could create one in which there would be a really really big bunch of trackers..and all of them would be open all the time..


and so the Open Signup Torrents section won't get spammed with new, lets say, 100 users tracker...

Yes I completely agree with lik, a different sections for newly opened trackers or trackers which are all time open should be good.

I get what ur saying and I do agree. When i first saw the category I expected to see those trackers that are only open like once in a blue moon or something I was a little surprised at the ones that are not really popular and always opened for sign-ups. Though I think those should at least have a category or thread or something to inform people about them.
