hai, i just want to know where i can complain or post some bad user:
example:
-never add rep to giver.(mostly noob)
-refuse profile link.(mostly noob)
that what i experience now.

Hey Tara,

I understand what you are saying but I would have to point out all of the issues a thread like this would have

- Flame wars
- Unjustified shaming (we already have this problem with the HOS)

I do, however, understand the benefits of providing your comments from your experiences with dealing with people and I actually believe Froggie brought this up in the past.

Anyways, as far as I know people are not obligated to give rep even if they received the (karma/invite/ect) and I dont believe that should be a factor in the (invite/karma/ect) consideration process.

1st USERS DON'T HAVE TO GIVE REP AND THE REAL N00BZ ARE WHO ASKS REP BEFORE OR AFTER GIVE SOMETHING INVITE OR KARMA ! ! !

2nd IF THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEIR PROFILE LINK THEY DON'T HAVE TO IF IT'S YOUR REQUIREMENT ABOUT CONSIDERING FOR YOUR INVITE THEN THEY LOSE THEIR CHANCE THAT'S IT ! ! !

3rd THEY (1st and 2nd point) DON'T MAKE SOMEONE BAD USER ! ! !

4th IF THEY ARE BAD USERS JUST BECAUSE OF THOSE REASON YOU ARE ALSO BAD USER BECAUSE YOU MADE THAT THREAD IN THE WRONG SECTION ! ! !

YOU ARE N00BER THAN THE USERS WHICH ONE YOU DID LABEL ! ! !

ok now i understand what two of our senior member comments and points and I came to realize that my real mistake was expecting something in return.
and I will opt for contributed my knowledge or thing and i give because i want to share it.
