this article says that the tracker is back up.
my question is people still have torrents with the tracker being demoniods tracker?

I know there are several on public sites that are still "connected" to demonoid. But it's doubtful that people have been continuing to seed through demonoid all this time.

I've heard about this one case of someone who kept a torrent for demonoid seeding in uTorrent and all of a sudden it was connected, and now I hear that he's not the only one. Surely there is something happening. There's just too many coincidences happening

you may find torrents that among other do also have demonoid tracker..you might come across them in various trackers..

first of all there is question that it will come back or not???????

& if come(my heartly wish) it will require no time to gain popularity coz it was the tracker with largest collection of torrents

Ive downloaded 2 movies and an album from the demonoid tracker :) awesome stuff, hope to god it the actual site comes back

I have some info about that. The owner of the site stored some servers already and they are ready to go online. But the thing is he wants to make some back ups.. just to be sure they won't close it like before.
So lots of ppl work for the cause "Demonoid back" and l00ts of ppl are hoping to see it running again. I wish them all g00d luck. I personally didn't DL new files from there. I downloaded old/rare movies (horrors mostly) and some series that are hard to find (like "Offcenter"). :)
