1 Rep Bar = 1 rep point
2 Rep Bars= 11 Rep points
3 Rep Bars= 21 Rep Points
4 Rep Bars= 31 Rep Points And So On ..

Like For Example Helping A User (1) if you think someone helped you you should rep him for this
Providing useful info to the site (1) You Can use This if the person Has Provided Useful info to the site
Else Are Tracker Names And Seed Hour Names Hope you understand and the thing which is not on the list is considered as Miscellaneous Or Other Tracker (1)
