Seedbox access

One user @ bcg is willing to buffer my bmtv acc a little.
The message he sent me was following:


Sure, I'll install one of two options for you:
VNC Server - GUI with uTorrent
TorrentFlux - Web-Based torrent client

TorrentFlux is the easiest to use, and the interface is self-explanitory :) You can check it out here:

I'll set it up tomorrow morning & PM you the details.

I checked that this TorrentFlux is for Unix like OS, not win32 [correct me if Im wrong], so that leaves VNC Server.
But im still not sure how to access, so can someone explain me a little how can I share using hes seedbox.
So Far I guessed that he will give me IP, User and pass so that I can connect to seedbox but how do I run µtorrent from there or smthng and start seeding!
I dont wanna look like total dumbass in front of that user, so Ill ask here first:)

hehe.. being that it's on a linux server it is running TorrentFlux which uses BitTornado Torrent Client. It is basically a web based client that can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.
