Inactive Tracker accounts

Just a quick question - when a tracker says "accounts that are inactive for x amount of days will be deleted" does this meen if you do not download something in x amount of days it will be deleated or is it if you do not login for x amount of days???

Depends on the tracker,i suggest to take a look to Faq and Rules of trackers!

fair enough, i had a look all i can find on sites is
"Accounts inactive for more than 42 days are automatically deleted". Im gessin it's just a login thing but was just wondering,

inactive usually means you just have to login. other sites require that you download or upload something the first days after your registration

Yeah he's right,an example of the latter is BTmusic(Thnx to dios' review ;) ) and SCC as of what i know :rolleyes:

yep :) My Bloody Tracker requires this:
(new users need to upload some music related to this tracker as a proof of your non-affiliation to RIAA and other similar *******s or they will be banned after 24 hours)

i think this is the case..anyway..
you can periodically donwload a very small file (like 1MB or even less) just to keep your account alive for sure!even if this file is completly useless to you..just dl it and then delete it..

after u seed it back of course;)

or keep seeding that file if the tracker has seeding bonus!

Or you can just park your account if you know you're gonna be away for awhile.

the normal time would be about 48 days without logging in but u can aslo park the acc :)

Normal time for some is 42 days.

thanks for the info and the suggestions guys. I think if im really worried that i wont download anything for awile and am unsure of the rules, i'll just do as suggested and download a little piece of a file and just seed it.
