Profile Links

When somebody asks you for a profile link to a tracker, what do I need to show? It seems like you need to to have a membership to a tracker to see somebody's profile on that tracker.

Yeah it's a direct link to your profile at the tracker, the person asking has to be a member at that tracker to view it. Be careful with showing profile links though ;)

You could post a screenshot of that page as you see it. Be careful with this though, it can get you banned of the tracker for various reasons, depending on the tracker.

Profile links are further proof that you are on the trackers you say your on and that you haven't made up your ratio proofs, members giving higher lever invites will usually ask for profile links. You may also be asked to post a message on your profile for more proof.
- Profile links are usually created by clicking on your name on the tracker and copying the url in your browser address bar. they will usually look like this http ://tracker name/userdetails.php?id=XXXX

you will usually be asked for a profile link via pm. so only the inviter will see it. you cant expect anyone to give an invite to a decent tracker by just looking @ possibly dodgy ratio proofs.

only way profile links will get you banned from your trackers is if you have done something wrong i.e. trading / cheating. anyone in posession of your profile links could then inform that tracker your are a cheater/trader etc.

so if you do nothing wrong then nothing can happen.
