He is "perezbar", being "perez" a very common Spanish surname and "bar" probably come from "Barcelona" (city or football club), thousands of people may pretend to take that nick. It can be an error.

this happens many times. i have tried inviting a few people here to trackers and got the message that the email has been used. often its just an old account which is inactive. going on irc usually sorts this out.

but the problem here is that if this was true hence he may be a liar or he might forget.
