What Can we really do then ? Rather than to Spam Those ? :D Just Make A Sticky Here With The Title ? "Not Pro Yet ? while Meeting the Requirements" Maybe there will be less threads and if there are L33T Noobs Are All Around here then ..

I was thinking a sticky would work but then I realized that a lot of newer members wouldn't look at the Stickies and just post anyway.
