Like taking screen shot of the WEBUI putting the user name in search bar
or posting a speed test for the SB

Well not definitely, a seedbox doesn't guarantee a good ratio. But on some sites eg Bitmetv it's almost impossible to keep a good ratio without a seedbox or a really great home connection
