I've watched all of the ones on youtube, and the bot fly ones I understand.
but is this sanitary, or even a good idea to do?

btw I've had one of these in my earlobe. I just put some 'mud', it's a naturopathic treatment, and it sucked it out before it got huge. It never never got this nasty! I didn't have to open the skin
