Errors- trying to PM

I tried to reply to a pm and I got the error saying the following users were not found.I just recieved the pm tonight and don't understand why the error occured. Also I need help with the feedback part. thanks

Hy thepearl, maybe the user you tryin' to send the replyed pm is banned and therefore he/she
can not receive the pm or maybe it's just a browser error or a site error.Just try to send that pm one more time
and see what happens.
And for the feedback isue take a look at this tutorial (http://torrentinvite.com/forum/content.php?14-T.I.-Feedback-tutorial).

I checked out the tutorial but I don't know how to get to a persons profile so I can give some good feedback.I am really new here and learning how to use things. I did send the pm once more and it seems to have gone through buut I am waiting to hear. Thanks

Hi thepearl

I find this way to give feedback to be the easiest,

1. Go to the thread of the invite or karma you want to give feedback for (or help)
2. Copy the address (you will need it later)
3. Find the person you want to give feedback to
4. Under the achievements (above the profile picture) you will see a feedback score, click on the number
5. It will take you to the feedback page, on the right side of the page there should be a link to "give feedback to this person"
6. Fill up the form and your feedback is done :)
