I tried their trial first and I was satisfied with their speeds. I bought their Seed 500 plan and started seeding 10 minutes later !

Their setup speeds are amazing and I connected with FlashFXP to the FTP. I could reach my max upload speed without a doubt. I started downloading a file through the ruTorrent WebUI and the speeds are just fast. I can't say for sure on how the actual speeds are because you don't have Root access.

Besides ruTorrent they also provide a filemanager with a WebUI, AjaXplorer.

I'm experiencing problems with the webbased filemanager, I keep getting XML Parse errors, and the support team hasn't been online ever since friday evening (they must have weekends too, I suppose..) but it does bother me. Instead, I use Cute-FTP because its more versatile than FlashFXP and I am okay with it. I hope they can help me tomorrow (26-07-2010) tho.

^^ This was my own problem, everything works fine in IE.

Overall, I would rate this host a 7/10.

Next time I will go with a seedbox with rootaccess or a clean dedicated server.

I will have a few days of SeedUnlimited 160G Disk, and 1000 Mbps for 29.95 and is a disappointment.
Upload and download are not of the 10 mbs
Got a of www.seedbox4u.com which is much better
I am disappointed with the SeedUnlimited

VERY high and stable speeds + they setup your server within 5min.

I'm using them for 5days already and I buffered more than 1TB [without even trying]...
So I don't realy know what are you talking about..

I actually just got done with one of their Seed 100 plans, and I thought it was great.. Download speed peaked at about 10.5MB/s, and upload peaked at about 7.5MB/s.. Didn't ever get capped either; speeds stayed the same for the whole month. FTP was slow at times, but I was using FlashFXP as well, and I'm not sure if it uses multiple connections or not.. Either way, I just downloaded through https and it maxed my home connection download out.

I definitely liked this company and would use them again for sure :)

from what i see , that the service went down , 3 days before the expiration date , and i got no response from the support when i asked about it "24 hours" had already lapsed !!!!!

If that is there standard way to deal with customers , then screw them

I was wondering about that; why it shut down a bit early, but I didn't know exactly when you ordered it so I figured it was time..

I ordered one of their boxes and I'm now having problems with the support as well.. The box is giving me memory errors on every torrent I try to download.. Basically acting like I'm maxing out the memory when I'm using anywhere from 5% to 45%.

I tried to contact support with a ticket, and haven't gotten any response at all.. I emailed them through the live support system as well (which is never fucking online), and still no response. Going to wait until the weekend's over and if I haven't heard from them, I'm contacting the BBB. And nobody wants that.

So my review has changed to this: The speeds are good, but the support is TERRIBLE, so if you have any problems with your box, you're screwed.. If you do happen to not get any problems and not have to contact support, then they aren't bad in my opinion, due to the price.

GFX could you give a little more specific info or did you just want to spam here? What was your experience with them?

By "resting" you mean resetting right? And, by "till now the support didn't reply", you mean they actually replied to you now? Not being sarcastic, just wanting to understand fully :p

Yea they still haven't responded to me and I put in my support tickets on the 26th and the 29th.. That's just completely unacceptable. I tried to look them up on Better Business Bureau but of course, they aren't on there. Not sure how I could light a fire under their ass to get some damn support. Although now it seems the memory error has worked itself out, as of yesterday.. Odd.

I've been using them now for a while, and I have very, very little problems with them. The speeds have stayed the same through multiple TBs of info, and I finally got customer support response as well. I've already renewed for a second month with them, and if I plan to get a seedbox again next month, I'll be renewing it again ;) You just can't beat a 500GB box for $25 USD, with unlimited traffic.

- the search field works as compared to other seedbox providers
- more stable than other seedboxes i've used
Cons
- awful service respense - i've created 3 tickets and haven't received a response - one is 3 weeks old
- no ssh access

hey mate we currently advertise a number of seedbox companies on the forum, their owners are members here.

i am in no way saying they are better than any other, just you have a better chance of getting support without bothering with tickets
