How about a section called

Low Level Give-Aways?

Could be a place to get rid of all those pesky low level accounts that you just cant giveaway in the giveaway section.
It would only work though if you had it open to new members straight away.

This is a great idea especially since it is now a reality. Would it be possible to maybe get a list started in the area as to what low level trackers go there. Some people my be new to torrents period and my not know if an invite should go there or not. I know there are tons of low level trackers, but maybe if we could have a list started in the sticky area under that forum section and have someone update it with new trackers or ones that aren't on the list. Also maybe if peeps don't know if the invite should be under that area have them pm certain peeps to find out where to post it if it isn't on the list of low level trackers. This may seem like a lot to do, which it might be at first, but it might make things easier and helpful for peeps who are really new or even just average noobs to feel comfortable.
