sticky thread/bloggin

still kinda new to the forum thing and have a couple of questions. I would like to start blogging here but when I go into the blogging section I can't find a button to start a ndew blog. So I guess my first wuestion is how do I start a blog. My second question deals with posting. I noticed that there are threads called sticky threads. I was wonderin what the difference is between a regular post and a sticky post and how do I create one.

To add on to other question that you have there. A stickied thread is a thread, though to be important to the community and is stickied by a moderator or higher. So that means you wont be able to stick your own thread, however if the content of it is good, or is somewhat important to many others, then someone may do it for you.

sticky = highly rated, most discussed or posted by admins or mods like rules or any thing that's important for that forum-part at least for this community.
