We have good and challaging news for you. We have decided that if we reach a 3.0 ratio (members/peers).
Everyone will recieve 1 invite for a time period of 24 hours.

PS - Yes , this is the Clover/Flower.

its member/peers or something like that and i still can't figure out what they are trying to say, i think it is more like peers/members...since most people have more than 1 active dl they are expecting every member to have 3 torrents dling or uploading at an average...hope u understood what i said...cuz i myself didn't...lol

Well, I think it is number of active downloads per member, because I went about downloading the 10 smallest files on the site and it didn't help the ratio.


So, for those that are on a seedbox, use your home connection and take your time downloading.

When double upload and freeleech season in SCL, this ratio only up to near 2.5.
3.0 is too high...

Don't loose hope as yet since the news still shows if we reach 3.0 we can get an invite and the ratio is 2.21 and it isn't the peak hour as yet :D

I think ScL lacks leechers as what is happening in most high-level sites. There are too many seeders and few leechers coz everyone is afraid not being able to seed back what they leech. That is why they are encouraging members to leech more by a ratio of 3.

Here's my theory: most sites want more leechers so that members will be forced to "donate" to fix their ratio. So the more the leechers (who can't seed back what they leech), the more money will come in, and the richer the sysops will be. ;)

Interesting theory, but with scl, you do and don't have a ratio. As long as you seed for over 60 hours on SCL you will be alright and all packs are freeleech, so you can correct your ratio by downloading those. I think the first part of your comment is correct. The admins at SCL want their members to actively use the tracker and are trying to encourage this by adding the incentive. I actually think it is a very good idea.
