About the tracker levels

i love the tracker levels thread its def a needed thing for this site, one question about it though to the right of each trackers name theres a number in brackets like mytracker.com[1]... what does the number mean? thx alot

its like an evaluation for the tracker about the speeds , contents , pre times
10 is the best watever the trackers level
level only means how hard to get on a tracker
