coding proofs

I seem to be getting nothing but people not knowing at all how to code their proofs properly, and it's wasting so much of my time and theirs.

I have 2 Ga's, 1 fux0r and one metaltorrents, and both users do not know how to code their proofs.

I have also had a long conversation via pm with a senior who seems to be in some confusion as to how to code and post both proofs and speedtest.

Is there a better or more prominent guide to how to code and post proofs and speedtest etc?
