ZoneAlarm Internet Security or Trend Micro Internet Security?

I'm having a hard Time picking one, so maybe some of you guys can do it for me, Witch one of them 2 Internet security is Better?

I Have both, but i Only need 1.

EDIT. you can still tell me witch one you like, but I'M going with Trend Micro Internet Security, i just installed Zone, and when i Restarted my computer i could not move, Everything was Going super slow, i had to go into Safe mode, and remove it..Lol
