and regarding the 1st question the answer is simple!

it depends!on the tracker..how lucky u are..how ******* ur invitee was..the mood of the mod that saw him hit n run :P

i think u get it now! thats why the greater ur invite is, the more sure about the honesty of ur invitee u have to be:)
