I think we we should all be thankful for the net and the good music, much of it that is already free that appears on it...I wonder how long it will take to get copyright law to adjust the practices of society..people have been taping tv for years and the entertainment industry has made billions off of vcrs, cd burners, dvd burners, isps, and ipods....you'd think some of those industries could pay a percentage back to copyright holders along wth consumers....why have cds stayed so high priced considering the production costs are so low....I like radiohead's idea, individuals can still make money as a producer by allowing consumers to set rates....they make more cut out the middle man and the money goes directly to them.....
