how do i show proof of my ratio on other sites????

Take s screenshot of your desktop with you ratio able to be seen. THen use some editing tool and get rid of ur username and all that stuff. Register at imageshack and upload your image. THen click get code for email and paste it in your message.

to create a ss (screenshot):
hit the key "PrtScn" (print screen) on your keyboard and everything thats on your screen get copied as a picture in your clipboard..

then open mspaint and hit paste (or crt+v) save the pictured and upload it as chimychang said!

and try to get the profile screen so there is the date of the last time you check so that's proove that it's a new screen.
