u mean Hit & Run? if it's that u just have to seed and don't delete your dl directly after having finish it...

Make sure that you are connectible. Sometimes you can DL without being able to be connected to very easily due to firewall or router issues. Most BT clients will have a NAT or Connectibility test for you to see if this is an issue....also, many trackers will show your profile as connectible or not.

If you still didn't understand what they said then hit and running is usually when u don't seed upto a 1:1 ratio or 72 hours whichever is earlier :D

It depends on the tracker, how advanced are those scrips that check for h&r. Even if you do it and you get caught you won't lose your acc instead you'll be warned. At 3 warnings (i'm guessing) then you'll lose the acc.

Well since You did NOT find the answers to Your two questions Yourself then here they are.
Two lines from BCg Rules.

# We do not tolerate Hit & Runs here. Any complete with a ratio less than 0.8 is counted as a Hit & Run, whether you are seeding it or not.
# Excessive Hit & Runs will result in being limited to 0 download slots and demoted to Kitty Litter. If you don't appear to be trying to seed your Hit & Runs, your account will be disabled.

According to me & R is stupid. Because if suddenly the breakdown will step out internet and cie will disconnect this you receive "Warn".Not which sides have such system

And as for Black Cats:

After your first warning we will consider whether to ban you or not based on how critical the warning has been.
Low ratio warnings shouldnt mean nothing at there- as long they are fixed in 2 weeks time. [Shouldnt be a problem with a very handy seed points mod].

generaly they wait for 2 or 3 HnR then they disabled the acc.
