on the giveaway section it says 20 posts and 15 days to accsess. i have been member in 17 days and 20 posts and I cant accsess this section, why??

Not automated i think, a mod/admin must add you to a usergroup probably. ;)

The site does this on it's own... It goes thru intervals and you'll be promoted once you meet the requirements.

The rules say you have to wait 15 days I believe.
