Can't acess request Invite

Hi.
I'm a new member and i've already did my introduction and been approved. I tried go request an invite so i tried to go the the dedicated area but i couldn't. It says that i don't have permission to access that page.

Can someone explain me why?

I realized upon submitting my post that i have no status. Shouldn't i have the amateur status, at least that's what i was told when i had my introduction approved.

reading is fun and to be 100% honest with you, requesting an invite w/o making some effort to contribute to the forum will only result in dissapointment .. how do you contribute you say? well thanks for asking let me see, perhaps writing some tracker reviews (not copied somewhere else), blogging here etc .....

It's not harsh at all actually. Even if that was not a rule and you can make a request for your second post, you would have a low chance of getting invite requests filled if you don't contribute to the community. This is especially true if you're requesting any hard to get trackers, as people tend to want to give those invites out to someone they trust and know will do the tracker good. The community is great here anyways, and I'm a fairly new member here as well (I do have almost every single tracker and don't need invites), but i know if you stick around and make some friends you'll get all your invites you wanted eventually.
