I have used "http://www.hongfire.com/forum/?" for some time and founded
"http://www.boxtorrents.com" using google which seems to be pt with Rules, FAQ and signup but I didnt find Login :? button and torrents can be downloaded directly [so I guess its not pt afterall but still site looks quite good]
