Leaving Rep is mandatory not optional.
Invite Receiver should give Rep to his Inviter according to the Level of the invite e.g. Senior Rep points to be given only to Senior level invites.
Navigate to the members post that you wish to add rep click the star

This window will appear select the appropriate tracker click add to reputation.

Rep is now a way to be promoted to the next user class
