Tracker levels (small questions)

Hey,

I saw the thread with the tracker levels and saw that I'm member of Level 3 tracker.

Q: What makes this tracker to Level 3? How do you classified those tracker(based on what?)

Q: What's the number between after each tracker?

Well the trackers are classsified by how easily you can get in via invite or account. Trackers such as demonoid where you can get free invites quite easily have a low level. The number after each tracker represents the sub-level of the normal level, if you have a lvl 3 tracker and your tracker has a sub lvl of 5 then that represents that it is more 'valuable' than a lower sub-lvl from that lvl. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
