uploading on Underground Gamer

Does anyone else have any problems with seeding on Underground Gamer? I have even left my computer set with only the one torrent seeding and nothing download or anything else seeding for a few hours and haven't had any uploading done. There are only 7 seeders and 10 leechers and nothing seeded for me. I don't have a seedbox and my ISP is qwest, which is the 1.5mb dl 896k ul package. I have no problem on some other trackers, like Ntorrents I am seeding a torrent and there are 65 seeders and only 3 leechers and I am still seeding out on that one even with that many seeders. Just curious about if anyone else has had, or is having, seeding issues here too. I don't like having bad ratios on trackers so this is kind of bugging me.

My only explanation is that this leechers have not selected to download all the file but only a part of it and that they have basically completed their leech and act like seeders for the parts they downloaded.
The most trackers doesn't detect that this users already completed the parts they selected to download and so they are continue to shown as leechers.
But if you want to know for sure pm me the link of the file that you seed and I can get on so you can see if you can seed.

That makes sense because it is a game pack. No need to worry about dl it because I will just leave it up and running for a while.
