what the hell is wrong with firefox 3??

for the second time, the address bar and the search field have disappeared. i don't know what to do. the first time this happened i had to reinstall firefox and search for all my addons again.

did this happened to anyone else?

working fine for me pal. heard there has been a few problems but if i get any am going back to 2.0

i've actually had to move browswer because of ff 3.0. Currenly using Seamonkey, ff seems to forget addons, does install them after restarting and keep saying it needs to reinstall. there are no current updates to fix it and none the solutions have worked for me. its a really pity i've used firefox for years and it has been absolutely flawless, until 3.0 came along :mad:

I haven't had any problems with 3.0.
I did hate the URL search and auto-complete feature, but I googled 'firefox 3.0 URL disable' and I learned how to turn that off. Now it acts just like 2.0 and I'm happy.

I've been using it for quite some time. It's an amazing browser. Best there is hands down...
