It's complicated to know if the proof is real and you can't ask for direct links. I guess that rep is the best way :D

seedtest.net can't be faked, it makes an image that is hosted at their site...

True, but if I want to make the speedtest from my work I'll have an excellent speedtest and it's not the connexion I'm using for torrents :D

So in some way, it can be faked :-P
